Meet the Nguyens
We're Jenny and Savio, the husband-and-wife team behind Càphin Minneapolis. As second-generation Vietnamese-Americans, we grew up with a deep appreciation for the traditions our parents, first-generation immigrants, brought with them. Now, we’re excited to share the rich flavors and warmth of Vietnamese coffee with our Minneapolis community.

For us, Càphin Minneapolis is more than just a coffee shop—it's a way to honor our roots, tell the story of our heritage, and connect with others through the warmth of a perfect cup of coffee. Every drink we serve is a reflection of the love and care that our parents poured into their own cups back home.
