Join us for a cozy spring workshop where we’ll make Taiwanese waffle cakes (麥仔煎) and refreshing fruity bubble teas, inspired by the vibrant night markets of Taipei.
🥞 Waffle Cake (麥仔煎):
Traditionally filled with sweet black sesame, crushed peanuts, and fresh coriander—but we’ll also create savory versions with sautéed cabbage or whatever fun twist you bring to the table.
🧋 Fruity Bubble Tea:
Bright and zesty with lemon, orange, and honey, shaken with your choice of green or black tea.
