🍗 Taiwanese Night Market Set Menu Workshop – 鹹水雞 (Salty chicken) + 檸檬愛玉 (Aiyu Lemon Drink)

Explore one of Taiwan’s most iconic night market dishes! Tender poached chicken in Chinese herbs, hand-tossed with green onion, garlic, cucumber, and seasonings, paired with a refreshing, hands-on Aiyu Lemon Drink made from seeds personally brought from Taiwan — a plant found only there.

• Taiwanese Salty Chicken (鹹水雞): Juicy poached chicken in herbal broth chopped into bite-sized pieces and mixed with fresh vegetables, garlic, and green onion. Seasoned with salt, white pepper, and a drizzle of sesame oil — flavorful, healthy, and uniquely Taiwanese!
• Aiyu Lemon Drink (檸檬愛玉): Experience a true Taiwanese classic! You’ll wash and prepare the jelly from the original Aiyu seeds from Taiwan, then mix it with lemon for a fresh, naturally refreshing drink. A hands-on treat you won’t find anywhere else outside Taiwan!
