The Fogo de Chao market table, which is what they call their buffet table, is fantastic with a couple dozen different items, including smoked salmon and Italian cold cuts. Delicious exotic fruit, vegetables, and salads plus Brazilian soup. Their chicken salad is killer my favorite.

You may decide to order from their meat offering (hot sliced off skewers) if you wish at additional cost. For I think it's still $12, you can order picanha beef seak
(their famous specialty) or lamb with 3 ore 4 generous portions.
