Gladstones is a Los Angeles institution since 1972.
The Pacific Palisades Gladstones on Pacific Coast Highway closed dlue to the Palisades Fire but recently reopened. Gladstones near the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach is going strong for years!
The Happy Hour is from 2pm til 7pm but our meetup group will be here starting at 6pm.
Some members like moi will be here at 5pm but others who work or get caught in traffic are welcome to arrive at 5:30 or 6PM
The happy hour has great specials for food and drink with amazing prices.
The HH is only valid at the bar area, at the long bar or at the tables in the bar area.
We will NOT be in the dining room.
Most people do not even know or see the bar area. It's kinda hidden, to the right of the dining rooms.
We will be sitting at the tables in the bar area.
Please bring cash in small bills, not credit cards. I don't think they will offer separate checks. The tables are more conducive to conversation than at the bar.
Our group will NOT be sitting at the outside bar as HH is indoors in the bar area only.
You don't have to order from the HH menu.
You may order from the regular menu. Gladstones is world famous for their seafood!

We have had 2 successful HH at Gladstone's before. ALL of us feasted on their bowl of steamed clams and mussels which comes with big slices of sourdough toast to dip in the delicious broth. ONLY $9.95! Yes, that is not a typo.
I plan on arriving at 4pm and making the happy hour food my early dinner.
