Connections 50+: Asian Men & Black Women (Houston Area)

This group was founded in Houston as a space for Asian men 50+ and Black women 50+ who are ready to connect in real life.

We’re not here to hide behind screens. We’re here to dispel stereotypes, highlight our similarities, and enjoy the kind of conversations and connections that remind us we’re still alive and growing.

Our in-person gatherings will be rooted in Houston, but we welcome members from other places who want to join us virtually. Whether it’s coffee and dinner in the city or conversations on Zoom, the focus is on building authentic connections.

This is about stepping out of comfort zones, owning the rest of our lives, and giving friendship and love a real chance regardless of cultural differences.

To keep this space balanced and meaningful, membership may be approved in stages.
