🎶 Singing Team Interest Meeting

**NOTE: The location is in the Upper East Side. I will be DMing new members who RSVP with additional information about the exact location, and the music we are learning. Please check your DMs!

Hi there! 👋 ASN is recruiting new members for its singing team. We do both acapella songs, songs with musical accompaniment 🎹, as well as duets to help you focus on harmonization, performance, and vocal technique. 😊 We're looking for musically capable amateur singers that can sing in our group choir 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒. It's a great way to make other musically minded friends, and contribute to a small, but tight-knit community! 🏘️

We are an amateur singing group of people that are passionate about singing, have a strong desire to improve 📈, and want to make more musical friends in a casual judgement free environment! 👌 To get the most out of the experience, you should be willing to study and learn music at home. We will provide resources to help with this as well! 📚

What to expect from your first event:

If it's your first time, welcome! 🤗 After you RSVP, I'll reach out via Meetup DMs to find out more about your musical background, and give you some music to look over before your first practice 👀. If things look good, I'll send you the exact location! If you're a fast learner, you'll be able to join the group on day 1!

The types of arrangements we typically sing are arranged into an SATB format (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass).

6 - 7pm | Arrive, chill, relax, socialize
7 - 9pm | Practice hours
