Did you know that right in DC there is an aquatic garden with incredible lotus ponds? I swear! Come join us for coffee and/or food at Maketto Cambodian/Taiwanese Café, on H Street, from 9:00 - 10:00 am. They will be having a special bake sale starting at 9 am - see photo. At 10:15 am, we’ll regroup at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, a 6 minute drive away. Bring your cameras - the lotus flowers are gorgeous! The photo for this event is a photo I took at the Garden last summer!
