Hike and sightseeing at Hamilton Pool

A must see place when you're in Austin. Hamilton Pool now requires reservations from March 1st through October 31. We'll need to keep an eye on the park website to see if it allows swimming in the pool.
We're going to go for the afternoon reservation period (2pm - 6 pm). An $11 reservation fee will need to be paid in advance (which supports up to 8 people) and there's also a $15 charge per vehicle upon arrival. They only allow 1 vehicle per reservation. :( So if you have a vehicle that can hold 8, please let us know if you are willing to drive. :)
Getting carpools set up for this event is going to be difficult since everyone lives in different areas. We'll try to discuss this in the chat and get this organized. We'll need some volunteer drivers to take people, so if you'd like to help out, please let us know!
The following are prohibited in the park:
- Camping
- Cooking
- Drones
- Fireworks
- Glass containers
- Ground fires
- Pets
- Public display of consumption of alcohol
- Tobacco products
