Lunar New Year Potluck Celebration | Year of the Horse 🐎
Saturday, February 28, 2026 | 6:30 PM
Let’s welcome the Lunar New Year together with great food, good people, and a little extra joy.
2026 is the Year of the Horse, a year known for energy, movement, confidence, and forward momentum. Horses symbolize independence, optimism, and showing up fully for life. That feels like a pretty great reason to gather.
This will be a community potluck-style celebration, centered on culture, connection, and sharing traditions.
What to expect:

  • A relaxed, welcoming evening with new and familiar faces
  • A shared table filled with authentic Lunar New Year dishes
  • Conversation about traditions, zodiac signs, and what we’re calling in for the year ahead
  • Laughter, warmth, and a sense of belonging

What to bring:
Please bring one authentic dish that reflects Lunar New Year traditions. This could be:

  • A family recipe
  • A dish from your cultural background
  • Something symbolic like noodles, dumplings, rice dishes, or sweets

If you’re not a cook, no stress. Store-bought from an authentic restaurant is more than welcome. The goal is sharing, not perfection.
Come curious. Come hungry. Come ready to celebrate a year of movement, courage, and connection.
If you’ve been meaning to get out, meet people, and do something meaningful and fun, this is your sign.
See you at the table. 🧧🐎
