Charles Town WV ASL Deaf Chat Club meets for dinner every second Friday night. Restaurant location changes monthly in the Eastern Panhandle area of West Virginia, but this month is at Gran Ranchero in Sheperdstown. All are invited, deaf, hard of hearing, hearing who want to learn to sign. All levels of ASL are welcome!
