In this hands-on workshop, Stephen Karlisch shows how to build lighting setups using Profoto lights and modifiers — starting with the ease of a single light that instantly brings life to a space, then moving into more dynamic multi-light arrangements that shape mood and atmosphere. Along the way, you’ll see how those same setups allow you to introduce people into the frame for quick, editorial-style portraits.
More importantly, you’ll gain the confidence to use lighting as a creative tool, free of intimidation, with methods you can repeat anywhere. Designed for photographers of all genres — interiors, portraits, weddings, or brand work — this workshop builds solid lighting principles that enhance every direction your career might take.
