Let's start Working

We have a great bunch of innovators in this group with varied expertise, everyone has his/her pet project that they are working on. As its something innovative there are lot hurdles to cross, even after making it through everything the uncertainty of its success remains.

In order to galvanize the process of innovation we should start treating this group as an R & D firm where every member of this group has a chance to be a equal shareholder. Below is what we need to do

1. First we will discuss and Prioritize the ideas based on the time it takes to start yielding results

2. Form teams depending on projects requirements.

3. Start working on the projects

By doing this we can effectively channel our energies towards fewer projects and therefore extract results from them. As that happens we would be able to build name in the industry which will open a lot of new doors for us. And slowly as we expand we will be able to get to a point where everyone's idea is explored.
