The basic guidelines in this workshop are the principles of non-violent communication by Marshall Rosenberg.

  • A safe and playful setting.
  • The focus of this training is on developing self-knowledge about your own assertiveness and assertive skills.
  • The aim is to get closer to your feelings, recognize your needs, learn how to formulate requests; the key components in non-violent-communication.
  • I want to put special emphasis on exercising active listening and how we can get from judgements to acceptance, and how do we say "no".
  • The approach is experiential, practical and interactive. In addition to a short theoretical approach, we get started with exercises and discussions.
