Summer’s here and so are we! Join the Astoria Gay Book Club for a casual, low-key hangout at Riis Beach. We’ll be gathering near Bay 1(The People's Beach) around 11am—we'll send the exact location via WhatsApp once we get there.

This is a social meetup, so no reading required—just bring your beach stuff, snacks, drinks, and anything that makes you feel comfortable. We’ll have some music and good vibes.

Folks should plan to get to Riis on their own. One of us is going early to claim space. But please join the WhatsApp chat to stay in the know.

All are encouraged to join, whether you’ve been to a meeting or this is your first time. Book club aims to be a welcoming, inclusive space for queer and LGBTQ+ men.
