The day will include
ON SATURDAY BREAKFAST WITH COFFEE OR MATCHA IS GONNA BE INCLUDED FOR EVERYONE 🫐

Then:

• full body flow
• stretching
• social moments to get to know each other

The invitations are gonna be sent on a rolling basis, so first come first served.

As it’s the first event, we planned a medium level workout with some adjustments available to make it easier based on your personal level.

The event is organized by Astra Bocconi & Beat, an association which aim is to promote young emerging artist in the music field.

The event is FREE ENTRY and is open to anyone who wants to join!
