ASTRO YOGA – Taller de Yoga, Astrología y Brunch

Te invitamos a un encuentro muy especial donde el yoga y la astrología se fusionan para ayudarte a reconectar con tu cuerpo, tu energía y tus intenciones.

Comenzaremos con una práctica de yoga consciente para abrir el cuerpo físico, liberar tensiones acumuladas y preparar el terreno para recibir y canalizar mejor la energía disponible.

Después, exploraremos la energía de la Luna Nueva en Géminis, comprendiendo qué nos propone este ciclo lunar y cómo aprovecharlo al máximo según tu carta natal. Trabajaremos con tu carta personalizada (te pediremos tu hora de nacimiento previamente) para identificar qué áreas de tu vida están más activadas y cómo potenciar tu energía en este nuevo inicio.

Cerraremos con un ritual de intención, sembrando conscientemente lo que queremos manifestar, y compartiremos un brunch tipo pica-pica en grupo, para integrar la experiencia desde el disfrute.

We invite you to a very special gathering where yoga and astrology come together to help you reconnect with your body, your energy, and your intentions.

We’ll begin with a conscious yoga practice to open the physical body, release accumulated tension, and prepare the ground to better receive and channel the available energy.

Then, we’ll explore the energy of the New Moon in Gemini, understanding what this lunar cycle invites us to work on and how to make the most of it according to your birth chart. We’ll work with your personalized chart (we’ll ask for your birth time in advance) to identify which areas of your life are most activated and how to harness your energy in this new beginning.

We’ll close with an intention-setting ritual, consciously planting what we want to manifest, and enjoy a shared brunch-style pica-pica to integrate the experience through pleasure and connection.
