We blend ancient wisdom with modern awareness—bridging science, spirit, and somatics through a variety of group experiences, classes, and circles designed to support emotional healing, self-discovery, and alignment.
Whether you’re new to holistic practices or deep in your healing journey, you’ll find a grounded, inclusive space to learn, release, and grow—together.

Astrology
Integrative and predictive astrology designed to help you understand your patterns, purpose, and timing. Workshops and sessions guide you to live in rhythm with cosmic cycles and embodied awareness.
Reiki Energy Healing
Gentle, hands-on or distant energy healing to clear blocks, balance your system, and restore peace. We host monthly Reiki Shares and certification trainings for those called to deepen their practice.
Breathwork Journeys
Guided breathwork experiences that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded self-awareness. Offered both in-person and online.
Emotional Resilience Circles
Trauma-informed groups that teach self-regulation, emotional expression, and inner child reconnection. Each circle offers practical tools and a safe container for authentic healing.
Dreamwork and Inner Exploration
Gatherings focused on the language of dreams, symbolism, and intuition. Our monthly Dream Circles invite insight, creativity, and deeper connection to your subconscious wisdom.
Therapeutic Touch: Nervous System Reset
A deeply restorative experience blending gentle touch, breath awareness, and energetic attunement to calm the body and balance the nervous system. This practice helps release tension, restore safety, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm.
Seasonal and Astrological Portals (coming soon)
Half-day and full-day retreats honoring seasonal or astrological transitions through meditation, ritual, breathwork, artwork classes, guided integration and more!

Some gatherings are small and experiential; others are open community events. Most take place at our St. Louis location, with select options available virtually.
