THE FOUR LILITHS - ANCIENT GODDESS IN A MODERN WORLD: A Talk By Kelley Hunter

Join Kelley Hunter on Zoom at The Astrology Collective for an in depth exploration of the ancient four Liliths and how they operate in our charts and in our lives in the modern world.

Shady lady Lilith has excited our archetypal imagination for millennia, as one of the most alluring, ancient and mysterious feminine figures, often seen as dark and demonic. Who is she and what does she mean to us today? Of increasing interest to astrologers, Lilith gives her name to four celestial factors that we can plot in our charts: asteroid, Dark Moon, the two Black Moons and the star Algol. We draw from mythology and theology as well as literature and art to inform our astrological research.  All four Liliths are discussed and differentiated.

Kelley Hunter, Ph.D., Depth Astrologer, practices, teaches, and writes in the intuitive, mythic language of the stars. Her approach is informed by her love of creative arts as well as over 1001 nights of stargazing in the Caribbean. An internationally respected astrologer, Dr. Kelley has lectured and presented workshops around the U.S., Canada, in western and eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Caribbean.
A special interest in the cosmic feminine led to her books, Living Lilith: Four Dimensions of the Cosmic Feminine and Black Moon Lilith. Her Planetary Gods & Goddesses Coloring Book (2016) emerged from her research into the quantum realm of the Kuiper Belt. A member of the Goddess Scholars online network, Kelley contributed to Patricia Monaghan’s 3-volume anthology, Goddesses in World Culture. Her articles have appeared in numerous magazines, including The Mountain Astrologer and The International Astrologer as well as online. She sends out monthly Cosmic Inspiration News.
