I discovered astrology at 12 and knew it was my future thing upon finding Stephen Arroyos book: Astrology, Karma and Transformation – I knew it was an important part of my own spiritual path.
My major influences astrologically are the Jungians, Liz Greene et al and the spiritually focused astrologers, Stephen Arroyo in particular. Having grown up with astrology I am well aware of how perspectives can change as one grows., Including our perspective on what a chart is telling us. I have learned so much about myself and the world around me through tracking the growth of both individuals, families, collectives, and the growth of consciousness in the world at large. Yes, I love Richard Tarnas book: Cosmos and Psyche also. But I am also esoterically inclined, reading Alice Bailey books since I was 15yrs old. I do my best to be in service to the Good.
Other major influences in my life have been Jungian thinkers. Especially, James Hillman and his book: Revisioning Psychology. I love myth, fairy tales, and book- clubs where we get to read them together, sharing our revelations along the way.
I believe that to heal the world we must also heal ourselves. Clarity, Discernment and practicing goodwill to all other beings. And so, my main influence has been the very ordinary, difficult yet ultimately joyous business of being a human and living life.
My personal bio: I have lived loved laughed lost languished lamented fallen down, gotten up. Pulled starlight out of my wounds to light our way. In short, I am a person.
