Solar Observing Event at Great Falls Tavern Visitor Center (Maryland side)

The NCA/NPS will hold a Daytime Astronomy Event.

To enter Great Falls National Park there is an entrance fee (unless you have a National Parks Pass) and this event will be held on the Maryland Side

Since this is a daytime event, there will be specialized solar filters to safely view the sun.

It will be held at the Great Falls Tavern Visitor Center (there is a park FEE to enter this park)

If it rains/or is cloudy Saturday it will be postponed to Sunday at the same time.
