Happy New Year from AoTSATX! Join us on January 29th for Astronomy on Tap SATX #21. Each month, two space experts give ~15 minute talks about the wonders of the universe - with beer in hand! We'll learn about "Rocks in Space: The Impact of Asteroids on our Past and Future" with Dr. Tracy Becker and "The Transit of Venus: How to Scale the Solar System" with Dr. Vincent Hue. Recognize those names? They are the founders of AoTSATX!
These events are free! Enjoy the talks, play space-themed trivia, meet new people, hear about current Astro in the News topics, and pick up some awesome NASA swag!
Doors open at 6:30, talks start at 7. Arrive early since parking and seating* fill up quickly!
*Blue Star Brewing Co. will close the doors when the room reaches capacity.
