What we're about

Public Group

Automated trading (AT) consists of several different types of trading, they all use algorithms of some sort.

We discuss the current state and future of AT, and especially high-frequency trading (HFT), whether executed on normal regulated or more uncommon unregulated markets. Special emphasis is put on alternative data sources, markets, high-frequency data, and trading instruments (e.g. cryptocurrencies). Novel technologies and modelling approaches are always interesting and we fear no mathematical or technical treatments either. Traders, programmers, scientists, inventors, and ideologists are all very welcome. We respect your privacy. ;)
