Saturday ride to the forest
Theaterschool De Trap, Zeeburgerdijk 54, 1094 AE Amsterdam, Netherlands,, Amsterdam, NLWeather will get warmer this weekend, perfect opportunity for a new weekend ride ! This time, let's go to the forest, as P Bakker like these rides. There will be no gravel, so we keep our bikes clean.
What: 80km, no drop ride. Average around 25-26/h. We will adapt to the abilities in the group.
We will stop at about 40km for a coffee and cake, in the forest
Be sure to download the route so that you can find your way home when you are signed up.**Where:**meet in Oost, by the Theaterschool De Trap
*When: 9:30 AM. Please be there few min in advance as we will leave on time
What to bring: Everything you need for a ride, drinks, energy bars, tools, tubes and everything to help yourself out.

Sportpark De Schinkel, IJsbaanpad 50, Amsterdam, NH, NLThese sessions are great for seasoned and beginner runners wanting to push themselves with some interval training and technique coaching. We will do these at the Sportpark De Schinkel running track so you are never too far away!
These sessions will consist of anaerobic endurance workouts focusing on improving your lactate thresholds and increasing your VO2Max. Note that as we progress, our sessions may range from 45min - 1.5 hours.
For calculating your training paces you first need a 5km threshold test! Afterwards you can fill in your time via the following link.
You will automatically receive an email containing a table with running paces that we will use in the training sessions.

Dear ATAC members,
The sessions will either be directed by our coach Luziano.
We encourage you to buy the full set. Single sessions are available on the webshop as well.
Lanes will be divided by swim capability and levels. Note: free style skill and the ability to swim 250 meter non-stop is required.- We recommend that you bring your swim toys (buoy, paddles, fins, snorkel) if you have them as they may be used for some sessions.
- These sessions are not coached, but we have the whole pool for ourselves!
- Only 40 spots are available!
