As we got so many questions and interest in glucose and vegan/vegetarian triathlon nutrition, we will now be hosting a Triathlon Nutrition Special on those topics. πββοΈπ΄ββοΈπ.
Our mission is providing you with nutrition knowledge to improve your performance and master the 4th discipline of triathlon.
When:
Thursday June 26th at 7pm, (1.5 hr). There is some room for socializing and sharing experiences afterwards.
For whom:
Every ATAC-member, from triathlon rooky to advanced athletes are welcome to join, from meat lovers to strict vegans and everybody who needs glucose. πππ₯
