๐๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐๐พโโ๏ธ๐๐ป Running test: 5km pace test (guided/coached)

Registration mandatory to know who came so that we follow up on the test via the RSVP list!!
We're "ending" this year's season with a 5km test to see where we are after the EOY time! :D
This session is a guided-test, which means there will be an organiser/facilitator/coach to guide the workout.
We go, warm up 2 laps, activate (ankles, knees, squat jumps, lounges with rotations, skaters drills, mountain climbers, hip and torso rotations), drills (tripping, but kicks, high knees, A skips, soldier walks, etc) and then go for it, start the watch and run as steady and fast as we can for 5km.
After that keep the time and pace!! Very important...

You will automatically receive an email containing a table with running paces that we will use in the training sessions. With these times in mind you will be able to train much better during our running sessions.
