Here we Vaux again! (See the swifts come home to roost.)

Details
If you haven't seen the spectacle of the Vaux Swifts roosting at the Chapman School chimney, you've missed something. What more proof of its Spaghettiness could you need than the sign of his noodly appendages stuffing more than a thousand birds into a five-foot aperture?
Bring a picnic basket and a blanket/towel to enjoy this airborne ballet.
Remember, this is a public school so no alcohol is permitted. Odds are good (about a thousand to a thousand) that we'll get together afterwards to hoist a glass or two.
Please be a good neighbor (http://audubonportland.org/local-birding/swiftwatch/comind) to Chapman-area residents: 1) Parking is limited, so use other transit options when possible. 2) During the event, leash and pick up after dogs. 3) After the event, pick up your trash and do not loiter on school grounds.
If you get lost or can't find the FSM group, give Jack a call on his cell at 503-754-1994.
