Saturday Morning Run

We'll meet just outside the French Embassy at 10 am. Then, we'll decide where we would like to run - along the footpath, or around the ruins area of town. Based on everyone's level, we'll also decide what distance and pace, so that everyone's comfortable. If at any time, someone feels like stopping, they can. We can pick back up with them on the way back.

Θα συναντηθούμε στη Γαλλική Πρεσβεία στις 10 το πρωί. Μπορούμε να αποφασίσουμε πού θέλουμε να τρέξουμε - κατά μήκος του μονοπατιού ή γύρω από την περιοχή των ερειπίων της πόλης. Με βάση το επίπεδο του καθενός, θα αποφασίσουμε επίσης ποια απόσταση και ρυθμό, ώστε όλοι να είναι άνετοι.
