Athens UX meetup no47 | UX practices at Workable

Αγαπητοί UXers,
μαζί με τις ευχές μου για καλή σεζόν, ήρθε η ώρα να ανακοινώσω το επόμενο UX meetup της κοινότητάς μας το οποίο και πάλι θα είναι δια ζώσης. Αυτή τη φορά έχουμε τη χαρά να φιλοξενηθούμε από τη Workable.

Το meetup περιλαμβάνει 2 ομιλίες που σκιαγραφούν νέες σημαντικές πρωτοβουλίες και UX πρακτικές της Workable. Ακολουθεί περιγραφή των ομιλιών και των ομιλητών (στα αγγλικά).

1. Welcome - Introduction
2. Presentation 1 (30 minutes) - "From struggles to wins using data: Powered by Workable"

Overview:
In this presentation, we’ll dive into the transformative journey of Workable’s main candidate screening area, aka the Candidate Browser. After an initially challenging launch, the team leveraged a variety of data sources to identify pain points, understand user behavior, and inform crucial design decisions. Through this data-driven approach, the Candidate Browser underwent significant UX improvements, turning early setbacks into opportunities for leveling up user experience. Join us as we explore the types of data used, the lessons learned, and how a focus on user insights led to a more intuitive and effective product.

3. Presentation 2 (15 minutes) - "Pair Design: Crafting consistency and collaboration"

Finally, we’ll highlight the benefits—fresh ideas, and team alignment—along with tips for creating your own design rituals.
