What we’re about

I am focused on developing Top Speed. I have the tools and knowledge to help you develop your full raw athletic ability.

We will be primarily running on a standard 440 track. We can fall back on grass, turf, or concrete.
Please come in athletic apparel, and good sprinting shoes. It is possible we will run on track, turf, or grass.
I recommend getting a good pair of cleats, spikes, and the antepes muscle runners.

We will be measuring our run times with laser gates. If you ever wanted to know your true 40 yd dash time, I can help you.

As with any athletic endeavor, please check your ego at the door. Let the lasers do the talking. They don't lie.
