We'd like to welcome you to our Free weekly face-to-face meetings which take place at the:

MONKSLAND COMMUNITY CENTER, OLD TUAM ROAD, MONKSLAND,
ATHLONE, on Thursday evenings from 6:00 pm until 7.00 pm.

With Sahajayoga Meditation we normally sit on chairs to achieve yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously. So there is no need for mats and no special clothing required.
