Lamrim means the stages of the path to enlightenment. It is a special set of instructions that includes all the essential teachings of Buddha, structured in a comprehensive way that is easy to understand and put into practice. The Lamrim presentation lies at the very heart of Kadampa Buddhism. On this retreat, you will be guided us on three meditations on the stages of this sublime journey to enlightenment.
- Session One: 5 -6pm
- Break: 6 - 630pm - Feel free to bring a vegetarian packed dinner for yourself.

- Session Three: 730 - 830pm
