Give yourself the gift of developing mental peace and relaxation. Refresh your body and your mind with a day of silence.
Participants will remain silent, while the retreat teacher will guide the meditations and give practical instructions on how to nourish our mind and body. There will be 3 sessions with breaks in between to reflect and relax. The first session will also be part of our Sunday Morning Class.
