This grounding session is a guided wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Through a blend of breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, art, and self-reflection, the session supports emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to your body—all within a calm, supportive group space.
As part of our offering to the community during the Inman Park Festival, we’ll be hosting three sessions this Sunday at 3 PM, 4 PM, and 5 PM.
Please plan ahead—parking and traffic will be more challenging due to the festival. Give yourself extra time to arrive, but trust—it’ll be worth it for the energy, fun, and vibrant outdoor atmosphere.
Led by R. Lakisha Rogers a Facilitator of Inner Intimacy and Certified SOMA Breath Instructor with over 20 years of exploring wellness practices, each session offers practical, lived tools to help you feel more centered, clear, and connected in your daily life.
