The Sunday E. Sessions | Rhythmic Grounding Workshop
Details
Life moves fast. Our minds become crowded, our bodies tense, and our inner world can easily get lost beneath the demands of everyday living.
Rhythmic Grounding is a 5th Sunday wellness workshop designed to help you pause, reconnect, and restore balance through simple yet powerful practices that engage the whole person—mind, body, heart, and spirit.
Facilitated by Lakisha Rogers, a Facilitator of Inner Intimacy, Wellness Partner, and Certified SOMA Breath Instructor, this experience draws from over twenty years of personal study and practice in mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, movement, creative expression, and holistic well-being.
What to Expect at the Workshop:
Guided self-reflection exercises
Gentle movement and body awareness practices
Breathwork and nervous system regulation
Meditation and mindful presence
Humming and sound-based grounding techniques
Creative expression activities
Meaningful community connection
