David Cruise is the owner of Straightline Funding and Investments, a private hard money lender based in Atlanta, GA. David’s experience in real estate spans 15 years. He has extensive knowledge of investing in single family homes, apartment complexes, private lending and property construction/rehab having been personally involved in over 100 renovation projects in Illinois, Missouri and Georgia.
David moved to Atlanta in 2005 and immediately became an integral part of a hard money lending organization as Underwriting & Portfolio Manager. He left that position in 2009 and founded Straightline Funding and Investments. Straightline is now one of Atlanta’s premier sources of hard money loans for investors. They offer one of the largest menus of hard money products in the area and take pride in understanding the financing needs of today’s real estate investor.
David enjoys spending time with his family, sporting and outdoor activities and real estate investing. David is a graduate of Illinois State University in Normal, IL.
