Atlanta Tech Meetup Group is back, and we’re kicking things off with a refreshed format in partnership with FTS Recruitment!

For this meetup, we’ll host a panel discussion with local tech and engineering leaders focused on what’s actually happening in the hiring market - and where engineering and AI trends are headed.

But this isn’t just a one-off conversation.

This year, ATMG is evolving into a hands-on, community-driven group where we’ll build AI tools together, learn by doing, and collaborate on open-source projects designed to benefit the Atlanta tech community.

Panelists

  • A.D. Slaton – CEO, Stillriver Solutions | Tech Advisor
  • Kyle Clifford – FTS Recruitment
  • Raghav Vemula – VP of Engineering, Connexure
  • (Co-creator of SQL Copilot, an AI assistant for SSMS)

Moderator:

  • Drew Schillinger – Enterprise Architect, Connexure

What We’ll Cover

  • What hiring managers are really looking for right now
  • Engineering and AI trends shaping teams in 2026
  • How expectations for engineers are changing
  • Practical advice for navigating today’s tech market
  • How we’ll be building AI products together as a community in upcoming meetups

Networking + Resume Reviews

There will be plenty of time to connect with other Atlanta technologists.

Bring your resume!
