* Thom Shavor is Agile Coach, Professional Trainer, and Professional Scrum Master based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. Thom served several years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic and have 30+ years of experience in Agile, Program & Project Management, Disease Surveillance, and Epidemiology.


* For the past 6 years, Thom worked for Accenture as a consulting Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coach for numerous clients within the Insurance, Energy, Governmental, and Natural Resources sectors.


* Thom is extremely passionate about education, mentoring, and coaching. To combine these into one “dream job,” Thom worked with several Agile Mentors over the past several years to become a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) with Scrum Alliance. Additionally, Thom is also the Principal of Thom Shavor Consulting, LLC, a veteran-owned, Professional Coaching and Training company.


* As a lifelong learner, Thom really enjoys learning new things and working with my hands. His hobbies include 3D Printing, woodworking, model building, gardening, and reading.
