It's been a while since we last met, however, we have a nice lineup for you.
There will be several speakers both from a technical and business tracks.
We will showcase a case study about an insurance provider's use of image and document management. We will address the business challenges and benefits around taking every document / image (letters, emails, faxes, policies, claim information, etc), classifying the contents, processing the workflow and storing in a easy to retrieve manner. Additionally, we will discuss the challenges related to conversions from legacy systems from a business user's perspective.
We will also look at a backup and recovery toolkit to help with performing Alfresco backup and recovery tasks.
