Always On availability groups is the go-to technique for SQL Server high availability (HA) for both on-premises and the cloud. But setting up your Always On availability group is only the first step. Proper configuration and constant monitoring of your HA environment is needed to make sure that the transactions are making it to the secondary environment in a timely manner and that you can fail over to meet your service level agreements.
This presentation will cover how to monitor your HA system, and how to resolve several issues that you will encounter with Always On availability groups. Several SQL and PowerShell code samples will be provided that can be used in your environment to assist in the process of keeping your system up.
