First ATL Calisthenics Club Meeting
Details
Our Agenda:
1. We will start with a group full body warmup
2. We will then move into skill stations where we will work on different calisthenics isometric skills such as the handstand, front lever, planche, and anyone you want to learn!
3. Then we will move into partner strength training
4. Then we will do a group burnout
5. Lastly we will finish with some stretching
Feel free to also come and do your own workout and socialize with the group. Workouts will be focused on meeting new people and having everyone chase their own goals!
Feel free to bring any calisthenics equipment you want, and don't forget your own water and sunscreen.
