The Atlanta Customer Success Community is the largest and most vibrant community of Customer Success professionals in the Southeast.
Established in 2018, we're dedicated to creating a hyper-local learning, support and career advancement network for Customer Success professionals who live or work in the metropolitan Atlanta area.
Over the last 8 years our community has thrived and is now one of the most vibrant and engaged Customer Success communities in North America.

### What to Expect
Each month, Atlanta Customer Success professionals come together for an evening designed to do two things well: spark real perspective and create meaningful connections.
The evening follows a consistent, proven format:
Part 1: Panel Discussion
We’ll kick off with a moderated panel featuring local Customer Success leaders and practitioners - people building, scaling, and leading CS teams right here in the Atlanta ecosystem.They’ll share candid perspectives, lessons learned, and what they’re seeing right now in the market. No generic theory - just real-world insight you can actually use.
Part 2: Small-Group Breakouts
The second half of the evening shifts from listening to participating.
You’ll join a small group with peers who are wrestling with similar questions and challenges—whether that’s career growth, team structure, tools, customer strategy, or something else entirely.This is where the value compounds:
- Share experiences and advice
- Learn how others are approaching similar problems
- Build relationships naturally, without forced networking
