Part 1: Panel Discussion
We’ll kick off with a moderated panel featuring local Customer Success leaders and practitioners - people building, scaling, and leading CS teams right here in the Atlanta ecosystem.

They’ll share candid perspectives, lessons learned, and what they’re seeing right now in the market. No generic theory - just real-world insight you can actually use.

Part 2: Small-Group Breakouts
The second half of the evening shifts from listening to participating.
You’ll join a small group with peers who are wrestling with similar questions and challenges—whether that’s career growth, team structure, tools, customer strategy, or something else entirely.
