Parag has been the Vice President of Customer Engineering at Tricentis continuing on the pursuit of *Innovating at the Speed of Imagination*. At Tricentis, Parag drove the engineering of a number of SaaS products around Test Management, Compliance, and Analytics. As an expert in cloud-native applications, Big Data, and Predictive Analytics, his interests are to build scalable quality engineering SaaS products that run in any cloud, aggregate all forms of testing, and drive predictive analytics gained by learning from test history and changes to software. His contributions at Tricentis have enabled rapid growth of the company across 4 product lines and has enabled Tricentis to remain at the top of both Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Wave reports for Continuous Testing products which are key to any serious DevOps initiative.
 
Parag has built multiple departments from scratch by recruiting talent and establishing a trusting open culture of innovation. He takes on bold initiatives such as his most recent work to create a one-of-a-kind big data platform that will one day unlock a unified view testing to enable AI-driven insights across all types of testing (manual/automated functional, performance, cloud-native and many others).
 
Prior to Tricentis, Parag helped to establish the Office of CTO and has pioneered Anthem’s Cloud Platform Services establishing footprints in multiple clouds, aligning multiple BUs, and migrated 100+ mission critical applications in 2 years. He enabled Anthem to build a new pharmacy-benefits-management business in AWS resulting in $800 million in total operating gain for Anthem in 2020 per [Forbes](https://www.forbes.com/sites/brucejapsen/2019/10/24/anthem-ingeniorx-pbm-will-boost-2020-growth/#623630e16b4f) and [CNBC](https://www.cnbc.com/2020/04/29/anthem-antm-earnings-q1-2020.html). Prior to Anthem, Parag worked at Hewlett-Packard having multiple roles including Chief Technologist and Head of Architecture for DXC’s Virtual Private Cloud, CTO for HP’s Application Services in North America, and founding Practice Principal for HP’s Service Oriented Architecture.
