What we’re about
This group is a space for people drawn to spiritual practice and inquiry beyond rigid belief systems. We gather across traditions — and beyond them — to explore what it means to live with presence, integrity, and compassion in a complex world.
Our gatherings may include meditation, gentle embodied practices, contemplative dialogue, silence, shared reflection, and time in nature. The emphasis is not on teaching or conversion, but on direct experience, honest inquiry, and shared practice.
All backgrounds are welcome: religious, spiritual-but-not-religious, agnostic, questioning, or simply curious. You don’t need to subscribe to any particular worldview — only a willingness to listen, reflect, and engage respectfully.
This is a community-oriented space for slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering what feels essential.
