Join us Sunday November 9th for a hands-on crêpe making class led by our very own Gabrielle. Inspired by cooking classes in Paris, Gabrielle brings this small-group culinary activity to Snellville, GA. For this petit atelier, we will work in groups of four as we explore the art of making savory crêpes (galettes) and sweet crêpes using buckwheat flour, also known as sarrasin in French. Crêpes are all gluten free and vegetarian options are available.
