‘Much Ado About Nothing’ and dinner at the Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse
Details
"When I said I would die a bachelor, I did not think I should live till I were married."
Our April event is a performance of Shakespeare’s comedy Much Ado About Nothing at Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse in Midtown. The Atlanta Shakespeare Company knows how to bring out the fun in the Bard’s works.
About the Play:
The OG Rom-Com: Benedick and Beatrice don't love each other but then they do. Claudio and Hero love each other but then they don't but then they do again. Everyone gets married.
No romantic comedy is complete without a couple of lovers, their group of scheming friends, and a destination wedding... You're invited to this witty rom-com complete with rumors, enemies-to-lovers, and saucy gossip.
