Hike Woodstock's Noonday Trail

Join us for a Northsiders hike and walk along the Noonday Trail in Woodstock, GA.
This is a three mile hike on a low difficulty urban trail. We will keep to the paved trail. About half the trail runs out the west side of Woodstock the other half along the Noonday Creek. The meet up will begin at the coffe shop in Reeves House visual arts center which is along the trail between Reeves and Market Streets. The hike will start with a stroll west out of Woodstock down to the creek. Then over the bridge and along the creek towarwd Towne Lake. For those who like to get thier steps in it is a full three miles. We will wrap up back in Woodstock at Canyons, which has a good selection of grill and salad favorites including vegan options for anyone interested in getting lunch.
There is quite a bit of parking in the neighborhood, including some free 2 hr street parking, and across the tracks is a large city parking deck at Wheeler st.
Note: Since it is a town center it is best to allow time for parking. We will meet at the Reeves art center coffee shop at 10:00 AM.
