Comic Shop and Bookstore Crawl

Spend a day hopping from bookstore to bookstore in search of manga, comics, books, anime, and more!

The (tentative) Plan:
1. Quick Meetup for Coffee/small lunch/food (it'll be a long day)
2. Start at 2nd & Charles Roswell (1 hour)
3. Half Price Books Marietta (45 minutes)
4. Great Escape Comics (<30 minutes)
5. Dr No's AND Second Chance Toys (45 minutes)
6. 2nd & Charles Kennesaw (1 hour)
7. End at Battle and Brew Marietta (or some other spot in the area) for food and drinks!

(Possible stop: Bookmiser Marietta. They usually have a VERY small selection of manga [like <10], so may not be worth a stop.)

Exact plan/route will be determined a few days in advance of the event depending on group input. Open to suggestions for other cool shops in the Roswell--Kennesaw--Marietta area!

What to Know:
- Since this event takes places at many different shops, attendees will either need to drive themselves from place to place or plan a carpool in advance with other attendees. If you'd like to carpool or offer a carpool, leave a comment on the event page with your pickup area.
- While the whole duration is expected to be around 6 to 7 hours including driving time, attendees are free to join up and dip out as they please. We just ask for advance notice of when/where you plan to join up (and when you leave) so we know who to keep an eye out for at each location.
- Since we have a lot of ground to cover, we will wait at the start location for approx 20 minutes while everyone gets a quick bite, but we will then move on to the first shop even if everyone has not yet arrived.

Please note that this event will work under our absence policy. Anyone who RSVPs and does not attend (without changing their RSVP) 3 times within 6 months will be removed from the group. (Exceptions are made for RSVPs that automatically change to “Attending” within 12 hours of the event due to other cancellations.)
