Power Flow: HIIT, Mobility, and Striking is a dynamic fitness experience designed for all levels. This class combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT), mobility exercises, and Karate-style striking and Self-defense to deliver a full-body workout that strengthens, tones, and sharpens both body and mind. Whether you're a beginner looking for a fun way to get active and burn fat, an athlete wanting to improve your striking, or simply someone needing to blow off steam after work, Power Flow offers something for you. Each 1-hour session focuses on powerful, fat-burning HIIT routines, mobility drills to improve flexibility and joint health, and striking fundamentals taught using punching bags and pads. You’ll learn proper technique while emphasizing speed, control, and effectiveness.
All necessary gear — including MMA gloves, shin and foot pads, is included with your first month’s payment to ensure you’re fully equipped. This class goes beyond just fitness, Power Flow helps improve coordination, core strength, flexibility, and practical self-defense skills while delivering serious stress relief. Classes are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
